HOW TO APPLY

Applying for a grant is easy!  Submit your online application below which includes the following components. We strive to respond to all applications within ten business days. 

Statement of need. 

What is the problem that the project will attempt to address and the population that will be served?

Program Description.

What is the project or program, and how will it be implemented?

Goals and Objectives.

What are the measurable objectives of your program, and how will this grant help you reach those goals?

Timeline AND BUDGET.

What are the key dates and milestones of the program? What is the budget, and will you be receiving co-funding?

STAFF AND ORGANIZATION INFO.

Who will be staffing the program? What is the mission of your organization and capacity to implement and sustain the program?
